How long does it take to receive an order?

Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Our average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time depends on your local post office's schedule.

  

What if no one is home?

Don't worry, your items will be left in your mailbox (if they are small enough). If not, your package will be left at your local post office for pickup.

  

I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if your order has not yet been sent and we will update your information. However, according to our terms and conditions, no further changes can be made once an order has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

Where are your products shipped from?

Our offices are located in Paris in France. Our international warehouses are located in Asia and Europe.

 

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. The tracking message says "no information available at this time"; for some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. For logistical reasons, different items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

 

My order is missing some items, what happened?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, there will be two separate deliveries if your order contains items from two different warehouses. The rest of your order will most likely be delivered shortly.

So don't worry if you receive one item before the other, your missing item should arrive soon ;)

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. All you have to do is send us a picture of the damaged item at info@zaliru.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

Is your website safe?

This website is 100% safe. In fact, we can even say that it is 300% safe.

First, this website is hosted on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

I still didn't receive my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at info@zaliru.com

 

What is your refund policy?

We do our best to solve any issue our customers may have with their order. However, should you still want a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, as long as the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the concerned product(s) were not already on sale.
